30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of service commencement to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since the start of the service, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your service must meet the following conditions:

• The service must not have been fully utilized and must be in the same condition as when it was initiated.

• It should be within its specified service scope.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate the return process, please send an email to contact@nauvix.com. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.

Non-Refundable Services

Services not meeting the following criteria cannot be returned:

• Any service that has been fully utilized or not within the specified scope.

• Services requested more than 180 days after commencement are not eligible for a full refund.

Refund Process

Once we review your return request, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied within a specified timeframe.

Please note that any services rejected after commencement are not eligible for full refunds. The incurred costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Damaged Services

If you encounter issues with the delivered service, please inform us via email within 7 days. Provide us with a detailed description of the issue to initiate the refund process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

• Contact your credit card company.

• Contact your bank.
